USAID Hosts Jericho Agro Industrial Park to Explore Collaboration Opportunities

United States of America 20th, October 2017– Building on the targets and commitments Made and announced by JAIPCo’s Business and Strategic Plan towards establishing bridges of communication and linkages between JAIP and the international community, and help Promoting JAIP and its Tenants internationally, An Official visit of JAIPCo’s Representative Mr. Ali Erakat in coordination with JAPAN Embassy in the united represented by Mr. Mamoru Kannu, took place in USAID Premises Washington, aiming to share the success story of JAIP Project, and highlight the good economical practice it has achieved since 2012.

 The Visit comes as part of a raising awareness Campaign, and Help establishing bridges of communication and linkages between JAIP and the International community in the US, by bolstering cooperation and explores ways to joint work with them.

Mr. Erekat was welcomed by Ms. Sarah Borodin Deputy Director, office of Middle East Affairs, as she valued this visit and the efforts made towards taking JAIP to the international level, and considered it as a first initiative to develop this relationship further.

During the visit’s Discussion a comprehensive presentation was provided about JAIP’s business Environment, development stages, the presentation also spotlighted the Incentives and investment opportunities, available for Local, Regional, and International Investors. And how International Cooperation would support JAIP and contribute to materializing the sustainable development in the Park.
